How does this all work?

  • One or two-day sales are held on either Saturday or Sunday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Fully trained staff assists in set-up and on day of the sale.
  • All items are priced and displayed to attract potential buyers.
  • We will arrange, as an option, removal of leftover items, leaving home in broom clean condition.
  • Our fee is based on a percentage of the gross sale.
  • A summary and itemized report are furnished upon completion of sale.
